Living World uses the Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping to individuals outside Japan.
We are a small company, and give each order our individual attention.

Upon receiving your order, Living World will inform you by email of the following:

- Projected delivery date
- Cost of merchandise
- Transaction Fees for PayPal
- Cost of shipping (packaging and EMS insurance included) → Shipping calculations
- Total payment due (in Japanese yen)
- Method of payment
- Other shipping-related information

3. Payment
Please pay the total due (in Japanese yen) through PayPal.
Credit card payments must be made through PayPal as well.
Please note:
If we do not receive payment or a response to our confirmation email within one week, your order will be cancelled.

4. Shipping / Delivery
Merchandise will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
Once shipped, we will email you the shipping date and the tracking number.
The merchandise will be shipped EMS (Japan Post), which normally takes 2 days to the UK, and 3 to the US.
Any customs, consumption or other taxes or fees incurred in the receiving country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Packages may be opened for customs inspection. We will provide all customs information required by EMS to avoid inspection arising from improper documentation.
Items will be packed to prevent breakage and insured by EMS. Should breakage occur, you will be reimbursed for your loss as covered by EMS insurance.
Option:
You would choose the way to Shipping as Airmail(small packet under 2kg), Economy Airmail(SAL) or Surface by your request.
- Its has NO track and trace the package.
- Its has NO Insurance Program.
We cannot guarantee it even if lost or broken.
