Mizuno Sports Foundations Museum
Mizuno (Osaka Nanko, 2006)
To celebrate the company’s centennial, the Mizuno Sports Foundations revamped their museum at Mizuno corporate headquarters in Osaka. The project included a new and improved version of the Projection Table Living World developed for the Uchida Yoko Corporate Museum in 2004.
Befitting a sporting equipment company, athletes make up a large portion of the figures seen inside the cubes.
This follow-up to Uchida Yoko’s education/office-related version forms a lesson in 100 years of Japanese history from the standpoint of sports.
