Workshop Forum

A national conference to which some 160 people came from Hokkaido to Okinawa to explore the subject of participatory and experience-based education. The official name is the Japan Educational Workshop Forum.

The Forum was planned by (then) director of the National Akagi Youth Friendship Center, Shinya Nishida. Tamio Nakano acted as overall supervisor, Yoshiaki Nishimura as chairman of the organizing committee, and Living World handled the design-related activities.
